Thirsty Hop may be rented to large groups with the exception of Trivia Nights, Brewer’s Nights, and Friday nights after 4PM. Check our calendar to see if your event conflicts with our events. Our capacity is 42 people and therefore, your group cannot exceed that amount.
Payments and Cancellations
A credit card is required to secure your rental. We will call you at the number provided to obtain your credit card information once the quote is agreed upon. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the reservation date to avoid any charges. The credit card provided will be charged the full rate for any cancellations made under 48 hours from the reservation date or if your group fails to show up on the reserved date.
The amenities listed in the form to the right are available for use during your event at no extra charge. Please indicate which of the following items you would like to use.
Food and Catering
We do not have a kitchen, but we encourage you to bring in whatever food you want. We can provide you with napkins, paper plates, and plastic utensils. We ask that you please set up and clean up your food as our health permit does not allow us to handle food.
Outside catering may also be utilized for your event. We ask that you please have the catering company set up and breakdown their food and equipment. We do not have a large supply of serving utensils and trays for your event so please be sure to have your catering company supply these items.
Sen Deli Catering Options
Thirsty Hop and our neighbors Sen Deli have partnered together to offer sushi catering options for your event. The items listed in the form to the right may be purchased through Thirsty Hop and added to your total bill. Please indicate which of the items you would like to order for your event. Purchases from Sen Deli do not count toward your venue rental minimum.
